3 Steps To Conquering ADD/ADHD

Has anyone tried "3 Steps To Conquering ADd/ADHD"?
I just found this site today. I wonder if this would work. Please let me know if anyone out there have tried.
My children are on medication...but we would love to find something else.

    I am a mom of 2 girls, 1 with ADD, 1 with ADHD. I also found that site, did some research, and here's what I found:
