Something Wrong W/My Cat

My cat kept throwing up his food right after eating. I took him to vet before but they told us there was nothing wrong with him...
Tonight he threw up like 4 times so far...I know he is getting older. I just don't know what to do.
I can't go to sleep tonight...I am kind of worried.
