Our household is classified as middle-class. We are not qualified to receive any government assistance.....
I would love to go back to school to finish my Bachelors...but there is no way for me to pay for the tuition and books. We have mortgage, autoloan and all other bills...I wish there is another way (other than student loans) for our government or individuals to help middle-class population.
I've googled so many times but I have not found anything.
