Morning Caos

I hate morning...because we have war going on everyday.
My little one doesn't want to get up...My oldest one is very moody.
I would love to have a quiet morning...but in my household...it is not going to happen.
I wonder how other moms are doing???
How do you handle your children before you put them on ADHD medication?
That's what I wanted to know...
