My Career or Kids?

I was choosing my career over my children. Then I realized it was not worth it. I've been missing so much. Now my boys are seven and ten. Don't get me wrong, I put so much to my career...but when you have BS management, you will be fed up. They keep telling you that you were lucky to have a job and continue to keep abusing their employees. Enough is enough. If someone else would like to have my position, they can have it. I need my life back not just for myself, for my family.
